Apartment Review for Wilshire Promenade - Fullerton, CA

Terrible management. Very cold.Mgt. unresponsive. Messy exteriors. Don't keep it clean.Security doors never work. Anyone can get in.Fire alarms go off constantly and last 20 minutes in the middle of the night. Needs paint. Outlets don't work. Tubs are falling apart.Kitchen cupboards fall apart easily.They were okay when I moved in but the management with Essex Corp. has gotten terrible and they don't listen to clients. They just raise everyone's rent. Bad turnover of managers. 4 in the last 2 years.
