Apartment Review for Wilshire Promenade - Fullerton, CA

It is unfortunate that the management here is greedy. They want equitable rents but don't keep the place up. Filthy corridors, broken washers, graffiti in the elevators constantly, no power washing of corridors, very, very noisy at night, especially on the weekends, cabinets in kitchen and bathroom fall apart, bathtubs are a mess with just paint over them that peels, lots of MOLD here, unresponsive management, 4 different managers in 4 years, dead plants in lobby downstairs terrible tenant parking structure, it is filthy. I loved it here at first but it has really, really gone way down and every long term tenant is moving out!! DO NOT recommend at all.
