Lived there for three and a half years, and I m relieved to be gone. I watched the complex deteriorate over a period of time, and most of the problems can be traced to management. Since Suzette left, there has been a steady stream of incompetent managers and the end result has been to turn a nice complex with a great location into a frat house. Common sights around the grounds are beer bottles, broken glass, trash, cigarette butts, and dog feces (dogs not allowed); in addition I have seen condom wrappers in the pool area. Other issues are frequent fire alarms at all hours, rude drunken college students at very late hours, general look of the complex is tired, and NOISE! The current manager spends most of the day in the office and on extended lunches, trying to get someone s attention is a chore. The complex is billed as Luxury but it is far from it, the units are standard and well used. Nothing special for what it costs to live there, if you intend to stay for an expended time, be aware that with each new lease the rent will be raised the maximum. When you leave the management will not refund your deposit no matter how much you clean. I steamed the carpets, scrubbed everything and still got charged over $200 for cleaning
