Apartment Review for Wilshire Promenade - Fullerton, CA

The management is terrible. The complex looks and feels like it was built by blind construction workers. Don't let it's great location fool you, this place is horrible. It's like they just don't care about this piece of property. They know its in a great location and thats there selling point. Once you go there just check it out. They don't give a sh-- about how they keep this place up.
