Apartment Review for Wilshire Promenade - Fullerton, CA

On the outside this place seems nice. The staff was originally really nice.....that was of course before we signed the lease papers. First of all if you have any problems....nothing gets fixed unless you complain and then complain some more. Our air conditioner was leaking and making weird noises and it took them three times to actually do something about it. And when they cleaned our air filters (which i believe are supposed to be done every year)....it looked like there was about six years of gunk in there. That can't be good for you. Then our water heater was going to shit and once again they sent a guy out several times to do nothing....because we needed a new one. Finally they gave us one after months of fighting. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We lived in the townhomes and they make you pay for every utility....and they don't even keep the area nice looking. The trash area was always disgusting, the sidewalks flooded during rain because the drains were clogged....disgusting! Everything echoes and its usually noisy...my roommates and I are young and we could not even take the noise. If you ever need a little leeway on rent, they will not give it to you....They are completely rude, and do not care about their tenants. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
